Kipp Sassaman - Our Leadership

Kipp Sassaman, Vice President of Human Resources for Fikes Wholesale, Inc., joined the company in 2010. Prior to joining Fikes Wholesale, Kipp spent the previous three years as Vice President, Human Resources for Christopher & Banks, an 800 store specialty retailer based in Plymouth, MN. Kipp has over 25 years of sales, operations and human resources experience. He began his career in the specialty athletic footwear retail industry working for brands such as Foot Locker, FOOTACTION USA, and Gart Sports. During his tenure, he held a variety of leadership positions including District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

Kipp transitioned into the field of Human Resources as a Director of Field Human Resources for FOOTACTION USA. Kipp's retail experience also includes three years as Director of People for The Bombay Company prior to taking on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Christopher & Banks. Kipp is a long time member of The Society for Human Resources Management and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for ADL HR Executive Forum, a human resources consulting firm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Kipp attended Susquehanna University located in Central Pennsylvania and majored in Psychology.
